• How are shipping rates calculated?

We offer shipping at the following rates:
Domestic shipping: SGD 50 and over – Free shipping within Singapore. Under SGD 50 – SGD 4.99 flat rate. 
International shipping: SGD 100 and over – Free shipping. Under SGD 100 – SGD 14.99 flat rate.

• When will my order ship?

Within 3-5 business days (not including weekends or holidays) Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email with a tracking number.

• My package says delivered, but I didn’t receive it.

Sometimes USPS tracking information can be incorrect, and packages are marked as delivered before they actually arrive – oops! Your package will most likely be delivered within a few days, but it’s great to check with your neighbors and/or post office for more information in the meantime! • Can my parcel be redirected to a different address?

Once your order ships, we are unable to make any changes to the shipping address. You should still be able to update your address on the USPS website, though! If your package returns to us due to an incorrect address, it will be cancelled and refunded. We will notify you if this happens!

• Will my package be charged delivery/customs fees?

All international orders are subject to customs and duty fees as defined by the country of import.
